We have been welding panels for 4 years about 200 ft of vertical down or sideways we use mig welder with 30 Volts .040 at 25 inches per minuets. Our biggest enemy is millscale. We get some batches where all we have to do is buff the edges but we get some batches where we can grind the scale and it still pops and leaves pin holes and runs very poorly. do you have any suggestions?
