I have used both.....I prefer the Miller A couple reasons. Arc seems to start quicker, ground lead on Miller is removable, standard torch accesories on the Miller, the Miller looks much more sophisticated and expensive. A buddy has the 180SD with the optional cart, get the cart if you planning on moving it anywhere.
