I'm no expert at body work but did my first job while back on the jeeps lower rear quarters. Use a sazall, jig saw or cutoff wheel to remove what you want to replace. I used my mig and spot welded the new panel every 2" to 3" so it don't warp to much then use body filler to cover up and finshed. It was cheep and came out pretty good. Check with your local auto paint supply they will hook you up with what you need. Good luck
