I have a robot connected to a miller 454 autoinvision power source that I mainly mig mild steel. I received a job to weld 18 ga stainless sheet and would like to try pulsed welding. The powersourse is capable of pulse welding and has 2 programs for pulse welding stainless. Can someone give me an insight on some of the parameters. Thanks in advance.
