It could be a few things, one try changing the contact tip it may have some spatter inside of it and stopping the wire from feeding through, two , if this is still not working you may have to blow out the liner to make sure it is clear and not stopping the wire from feeding through . You may have to pull the liner out and check to see if the liner has a kink in it. three, check rollers to make sure that the wire is in the grooves and the wire is not being crushed as it will jam in the liner.
