No, Tolkien 2005 was a special event because it was the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the publication of all three parts of The Lord of the Rings. But the Tolkien Society has something called Oxonmoot every September, which is just for one weekend in Oxford. You could definitely go to that next year! I know they have various other events throughout the year, and if you go to www.tolkiensociety.org you should be able to find a link that lists them all.
