Ha Annette,
volgens mij is er afgesproken dat de PR commissie het eigen geld te beheren heeft en dus zelf mag beslissen hoe dat budget (zie jaarplan) besteed mag worden. De cultuurkoerier is wat mij betreft hier onderdeel van.
Iemand uit de Pr commissie moet het op zich nemen om contact op te nemen met de cultuurkoerier en gewoon eenmalig afspreken, inderdaad bij wijze van proef.
