Have just been to the town of Emerald in Central Queensland along with other family members to celebrate the Christening of Irene Matthews' first Great Grand-daughter. Now she has 4 Great Grandchildren. Laura is the Grand daughter of my brother John and his wife Steph and the daughter of their son Michael and his wife Kylee. The beautiful ceremony was performed by a great old Irish priest amongst lots of chaos lead proudly by my Grandson Thomas. Kath and I and the 3 boys drove out from Yeppoon - 3 hours directly west into the dry outback where there are many large coal mines and cotton fields to get to Emerald.

I am trying to get into contact with as many Clair's as I can that are related to us. I come from John Clair's family. I was looking for an address for you but the one we have is longer valid!
