He smiles. "It is a bit difficult, but I think you're all up to the challenge. Okay, I need you to perform the Rune on yourself. Here are the instructions:

1) Drink some strong Herbicidal Mint Tea.
2) I will light the rosemary inscence. In approximately 2 minutes time, you must lay down on the floor on your back and close your eyes.
3) Then, meditate calmly, until your mind is clear of all thoughts.
4) Picture an ocean, calming and soothing... Focus on it until you can practically hear the waves splashing.
5) Raise your wand, point it directly at your head, and clearly say: 'Presodimo' Repeat it three times, the third time you must open your eyes and quickly stand up.
6) If it works, you will feel your spirit and mind sort of detatch from your body until it's almost a thurd-person perspective of yourself.

"Your body will slump, because your spirit is literally leaving your body. You will be invisible to everyone else, but able to roam freely, float, and do anything you like. Make sure that you quickly come back to your body!!! While your body is uninhabited, any free spirit may enter it." He sternly looks at them. "Clear? No fooling around! I have sealed off this room with a spell to keep out other spirits, but you never know, one could be lurking somewhere. Okay! If you're ready, come up and do this!"
