Boy, you've hit on the toughest aspect of a wagon swap. In my case, I used a sender, pickup and pump for an '86 Buick Regal T-type, but I modified the stock wagon sender to extend the pickup down about 3" to reach the bottom of the deeper wagon tank and tweaked the sender some so the fuel gauge would read accurately. Then I built a baffle out of sheet metal and attached it to the bottom and sides of the tank with JB Weld. Maybe not bulletproof, but it's held up so far. It was a real bear trying to do this through the sender hole in the tank, I'll tell 'ya. Matt, you also have a V6 turbo in your wagon, no? How did you do your tank? I have photos of my tank mods if anybody's interested.

Cheers!
