I’m very excited about this year’s convention and can’t wait to see you all in Chicago!! That’s right! This year’s Alpha Omega Epsilon convention brings us to the Windy City!! AΩE intends to blow through it and leave their mark!! Convention will be held at the Sheraton Suites in Elk Grove Village, Illinois (a western suburb of Chicago) from July 27—July 29, 2006. New this year — we are adding an Alumnae day which will be spearheaded by our Alumnae Relations Officer, Jessica Roy (Zeta). It will be a great opportunity for alumnae to catch up and visit with each other and families! To add to the excitement of the event, we have joined forces with Sigma Phi Delta to host a joint convention. Activities will be balanced between individual and joint sessions. We have full intentions of showing you the liveliness and fun that the city itself has to offer. We are just a quick train ride away from downtown Chicago and will be utilizing this in the evenings! Whether you can make it for one day or all three, I hope to see you at this year’s convention. Trust me, this is one convention you won’t want to miss!
