On behalf of the International Executive Board, I am honored to announce the upcoming installation of a new Alpha Omega Epsilon colony. Twenty-one hard-working ladies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY, have met and exceeded all requirements to become our newest colony. Jessica Linck (IEB President) will be installing them as a colony of Alpha Omega Epsilon, on Saturday, October 22nd.
As IEB Vice President, I would like to extend an inviting welcome to all alumnae, chapters, and colonies to join us for this momentous occasion in A.O.E. history. I encourage you to pass this invitation along to your actives and alumnae, especially those who may be within driving distance to the Albany NY area. Please email me to RSVP by Wednesday, October 19, and I will reply with directions, an agenda, and more details to you in return.
For your travel planning purposes: The current plans are for the celebratory dinner to be on Friday evening, and the work sessions will begin Saturday morning at 8am. Pizza will be served for lunch during the work sessions between 12-1pm, and the ceremony will start sometime around 1-1:30pm. The RPI girls are able to house sisters on Friday night so please provide me with an accurate number not only for meals but for beds!
Thank you, and I hope that you can join in the celebration in Troy!
in FLP,
Melissa
