The ballots from the recent vote by mail have been counted by the IEB President and verified by the Judiciary Chair. A 3/4 majority of the returned ballots (or 15 of 20 votes) was needed to pass. The results are as follows:

1. Director of Publications - PASS (19-Y, 1-N, 0-A)
2. Official Ballots - PASS (19-Y, 1-N, 0-A)
3. Philanthropic Committee - PASS (18-Y, 1-N, 1-A)
4. Professional Committee - PASS (17-Y, 2-N, 1-A)
5. Risk Management - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)
6. Convention Banquet - PASS (16-Y, 2-N, 2-A)
7. Convention Constitutional Vote - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)
8. "No" Votes at Final Vote - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)
9. Petitioning for Colony Status - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)
10. Qualification for Membership - PASS (17-Y, 2-N, 1-A)
11. Recruitment vs. Rush - PASS (18-Y, 1-N, 1-A)
12. Initiating Unapproved Majors - NOT PASS (14-Y, 4-N, 2-A)
13. Reinstating Chapters on Probation - PASS (19-Y, 0-N, 1-A)
14. Consistent Deadlines for Paperwork - PASS (19-Y, 0-N, 1-A)
15. Removing the Word "Pledge" - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)
16. Removing "Mid-Vote" - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)
17. IEB vs. Foundation - PASS (20-Y, 0-N, 0-A)

The updated Constitution and Bylaws will be posted online by the end of October.

Since the Director of Publications proposal passed, the position will be elected during the 2006 convention. Interested parties should submit a nomination form. Details can be found on the member's only documents section under elections.
