Stress Management Presentation - Sponsored by the Society of Women Engineers & Alpha Omega Epsilon National Foundation

Guest Speaker: Dr. Sandra Mueller of Columbia-St. Mary Department of Behavioral Medicine. She will address the impact that stress has on a person's life, both personal and professional. She will cover ways to recognize stress, how to reducing the your stress level, and different coping techniques for the stresses that cannot be avoided.

Parking structure is located at 749 N. 16th
Street on the west side of the street, between Wells and Wisconsin Streets. Please note that 16th Street is a northbound one-way street.
