The cancellation policy for convention was inadvertantly left off of the convention invitation. Here is the cancellation policy for convention registrations.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received after July 1 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. NO refunds will be given after July 15, 2003 due to contractural obligations with the hotel. Room reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel by the individual. Otherwise, the hotel will charge guests that do not show up for a reserved room the full room rate.
