The Elections Committee is pleased to announce the following nominees for International Executive Board offices for 2004-2006:

President Maureen Borillo (Epsilon, 1999)

Vice President Michelle Arch (Alpha, 2003)
Melissa (Davis) Stambaugh (Theta, 2002)

Secretary Marie McCauley (Alpha, 2003)

Treasurer Natasha Wolfe (Delta, 2002)

Interchapter Melissa (Arch) Olson (Alpha, 1999)
Relations

Ballots for absentee voting by alumnae who are unable to attend the 2004 Convention will be sent within the 2004 Convention invitation. Please do not discard the convention invitation without saving the enclosed ballot form. Alumnae attending convention and chapters will vote for candidates during the Saturday session of the 2004 Convention.

According to the Constitution, any voting member (chapter or alumna) may write on the ballot the name of any alumna whom she chooses, and who is qualified for the position, even though that alumna member was not nominated for the particular position. Write-in candidates must meet the following requirements:
a. Be an Alumnae member who has served at least one year on an International Committee, as an International Committee Chairperson or as a Chapter Alumnae Advisor or, be in good standing with the sorority and have nomination approval by the IEB.
b. A candidate for President must have served at least one year as an International Executive Board Officer.

Election ballots are to be postmarked on July 8, 2004, the date three weeks prior to the opening date of convention. Ballots postmarked after that date will not be accepted. A majority vote elects a candidate into the designated office.
