Jahamn.net is still only up to vol 16
While CLAMP Rakuan (I can't spell ^^; )has the first the first 10 or so pages of vol 18 translated......
If you could send me the translations it would be a big help!!!! ^^ It was very generous of you ^^ I plan on writing the translations in the margin or something..... I have Tokyo Babylon vol 7 and for ha has I'm gonna TRY to translate it (that's only 'cause I can go somewhere to see if I translated it right ^^; )
