If you're looking for stuff available in the U.S., you may have to settle for shonen ai PERIOD, rather than GOOD shonen ai.

What comes to mind for me as far as commercially available stuff is Fake (police detectives yaoi, nice in that it avoids the more painful seme/uke cliches) and Earthian (angelic shonen ai). If you can, you should try and get a hold of an uncut Ai no Kusabi fansub; it's pretty much an essential must-see for yaoi fans. Very good, super-angsty. Avoid it if you don't care for more graphic yaoi or don't want an angsty ending.
