Well, for licensed DVD series, there's Mirage of Blaze which I enjoyed and yes, the manga is canon shounen ai.
For me though, nothing beats Tokyo Babylon. But you might want to pick up Please Save my Earth which has a canon yaoi pair in that story, and Earthian too. That's available in DVD. Also good are Fake and Kizuna which are both licensed and available in DVD.
For the harder to find stuff, there's a very sweet OVA titled Level C, which is a yaoi story. I recommend that highly, especially if you find a subbed copy. Oh yes, I liked Ariaso High School Executive Committee, which is also shounen ai, and done by Minekura, the same mangaka who draws for Saiyuki.
Of course the hardcore stuff is Boku no Sexual Harrassment (with the infamous corn scene) and Legend of the Blue Wolves. (By hardcore, I classify themes of non-con.)
Less hardcore but obviously yaoi are titles like Fujimi Orchestra, Level XX, Be-boy Kidnapping Idol. I recommend Fish in the Trap too if you can find it because the main guy (I think he's the uke) looks totally like Kamui. There's also the borderline Kasho no Tsuki which is classified as shounen ai, although I didn't think it was particularly good when I saw it. I don't recommend Kasho no Tsuki unless you're really bored and want to watch something. These titles are not licensed so they're only available from the fansubbers.
Gosh I must have quite a collection. I'm probably missing some that I can't remember but that's the bunch I can recall off the top of my head. Hope that helps.
