I think Subaru's..25, if I remember the number of years between TB and X correctly.
As for Kusanagi's feelings towards Yuzuriha... Well, this IS CLAMP, the people who brought you Terada-sensei and Rika, so I'm sure they don't have any qualms about KxY evolving into a mutually romantic relationship. Canonically, Kusanagi accepts Yuzuriha's feelings and says that it's all right for her to love him, that he's honored by it, and that he also wants to get to know her more and more, as she does him.
I think the majority of the KxY fans probably are just assuming/hoping that when Yuzuriha's old enough, Kusanagi will allow himself to return those feelings more. As it is, he's too responsible, I think, to be outright saying he loves a fourteen year old--at the very least, one assumes he plans on waiting until after the Final Day, if they've both survived it, to go any further with the relationship. They're not outright romantic, but again, this is CLAMP, and we all know how they are about pairing implication. XD
