Suki & gohou drug are in the same world, since ther's a crossover in GD. Piffle princess is a cafe chain in Suki, so its likely to take place in the Angelic layer continuity.
Its been a while since i've read MRK, but dont the girl's go to the CLAMP school? or is it just in the OAV?
Legend of Chun Hyang, RG veda & shirahime could be from any continuaty safely since its in historical times.
Having never read REX or the preson i love, i dont know where they fit in. Miyukichan is basically a audience member who was randomally chosen to go through different worlds of literature for the readers.

I'm sure there's more that i'm forgetting, & feel free to clarify or correct.
