Yes it's true.
Just as Clamp said in their 2004 Puff Magazine interview, in "X" Subaru and Kamui are like 'sisters' (their words ^_-), so they actually go ahead and made them 'sisters' in Tsubasa. Sadly that means, no Hokuto in Tsubasa?
