Yes, I was going to say something similar to that. Employees of that type, ESPECIALLY if the are answering emails, are expected to have a certain amount of decorum. I think it says a lot about how disrespectful a company is if their letter-answerers bite people's heads off. I don't appreciate being a fan and being treated like crap just for being one by a company that I purchase products from. Would any of you put up with an employee at a store who treated you like crap while trying to sell you stuff? I don't think so.
