The most obvious would be the Seishirou/Subaru/Sakura Tree vs Muraki/Hisoka/Sakura Tree parallel.

Less obvious would be the purple/green eye colours for the two leading bishies.

Then there are the right eye problems afflicting both Muraki and Seishirou. Except that Muraki's problem has never been explained (at least not that I'm aware of).

There's also the cool use of ofudas, but I'm willing to overlook this one as a minor coincidence.
