Oh hey, there's an idea... As surprising as it is at first, it makes a lot of sense and fits pretty well.

Around volume 13 or 14 when Kamui tried the hand-through-chest move, and he missed, Fuuma removed his hand from his chest and placed it over the center saying "If you want to kill me, you should aim here." But then he proceeded to lick tears and in general try to arouse Kamui...

If you go along with the whole idea that FxK mirrors SxS, it's very possible that Fuuma wishes for Kamui to kill him (assuming that Kamui is Fuuma's special person). Seishirou tried to kill Subaru with the intent that the attack would reflect on himself--he wanted Subaru to kill him. After all, in those morbid death-loving minds of theirs, nothing would be better and sexier than being killed by his "special person."
