Hi Olivia. I'm April, the mother of two girls, one in college and one who's all grown up. My husband and I are both 63 and looking forward to becoming grandparents someday, hopefully sooner rather than later.

To answer your question, no sim in our neighborhood has lived long enough to become a great-grandparent. In fact, my parents didn't even live long enough to meet their grandchildren.

I hope there's someone out there with first hand knowledge who can answer this for sure, but I don't think there are any special differences in being a great-grandmother, compared to being a grandmother. I'm not sure that anything beyond grandparent is even officially recognized as being family.
