Yes, Simmerville now uses the Sunday for Family Day purposes. Most Sims are having Sundays off from work, and school is closed, we figured Sundays would do. We think it's too long a week though, Family Day only every 7th day is not enough.

Most families visit a community lot or go downtown on Sundays. Many of them visit the graveyards, too. In addition we allow funerals only on Sundays, giving them one more reason to leave the house.
