Hey Alex,
The only thing to do is to spend less time studying and put yourself out there. When you see other teens go start up a conversation. You could, like, hang out at community lots and see if you can meet some other teens. If you have any community lots worth going to. . .unlike our hood. :\ Or you could wait for someone to walk past your house. I've met some cool guys that way. One is our paper boy and the other is just another teen from the neighborhood. We just hung out on the sidewalk for hours and became friends right away. I like to chat online to try to meet young adult sims for when I go to Uni, but that way's a little dangerous, because it's hard to know who you're really talking to. You could also get a job. You might meet other teens at work.
