That's interesting! We have twins and we both have a career to look after, so we hired a Nanny to track schedule, too. We both work regular day jobs, but she arrives our house shortly after midnight and then she spends the whole night here and the day too, and she leaves after we returned from work. She does a splendid job though, and although she is around for all those hours I never noticed she slept in a bed and I think she cooked food for herself only once. No ifdea why she arrives at midnight, and she charges us a lot for all those hours, too!
