 My family, consisting of myself, my wife Helena and my father are looking for a new home. We've been considering moving to another hood so I'd love to hear more about yours.

What facilities are available? What job opportunities? Will we have access to university and does it have a good nightlife? None of these are absolutely necessary, but I'm curious.

Also, $70,000 seems a little pricey for just two bedrooms. is it furnished? Could you describe the style of the house and the other rooms? Are they large?
