Hello,

Yes, it is possible for you to be joined by another Sim even if you are only a teen, but it requires that your hood has access to University. Then another household can merge with your household and move in directly from the immigration central (aka family bin). I don't know if the Nightlife deal will allow for the same if you don't have access to a University.
