On behalf of our residents, thank you for your offer. I will make sure to inform the families in need of a house. We are currently trying to solve the problem locally because we would need to deal with it sooner or later anyway. The situation calls for more building rights, which we can allow but we always wanted to hold back with any expansion of the hood.

I'll get back to you, but it might take a while because of the Holiday season.
