Have you been tipping your maid at all? Sometimes they will not finish their job if their not tipped for the stuff their already doing for you. It's your personal choice on if you want to fire her or not. As for live-in maids, it might be a better way to go. Not sure if there is an agency who does this type of hiring. Good Luck!
