Here in Simmerville we have not come this far yet. We just signed the deal and most stores have just had their first day with the new system. We have no guidelines for business owners and employees. We have the opening hours rule though that most are expected to obey:
In general all community lot employees should not be kept at work for more than 8 hrs per day, and they have the right to 2 days off per week.
Most stores are open 9-5, Saturdays and Sundays closed.
Most other businesses (main income isn't based on sales)
are open 8 hrs a day, Mondays closed, one more weekday closed too.
There are no restroom requirements, we will help any employee to voice their case, though, if needed.
