Hello,

I have 3 teens now, two of them twins so we've been through some of the same challenges. I always serve a light meal in the evening. Then anyone who is more than a little hungry will eat. I also make sure that some of the kids take a shower etc in the evening, to avoid bathroom frustrations in the morning. It's easier to make them do such things ranther than going to bed early. And it also makes it easier for me to keep the house tiptop clean because the usage is spread all over the day.
