dear Mr Bernard Cornerz. We would have a room for you, because all rooms are still available, but I think you would first need to arrange for immigration with the Simmerville hood council. Maple Inn is not allowed to welcome Sims from othe rhoods as this service is basically meant for locals. Not sure how easy that will be as they allow one household to move here only every 5 days.
