Ever heard of Rebound? lol That's probably what he's going through. If you still love him you have two choices: tell him or ride it out. If you don't love him anymore, then you should just be happy for him. And, really, it doesn't mean you were insignificant to him if he's dating already. Actually, I agree with Wolf, I think he was probably very happy being part of a couple with youa and he's probably just trying to fill the hole left in his heart from your break up. He's probably feeling extremely lonely now that you're not together anymore and needs comfort and also the closeness that he's missing out on.

I don't think it means you were insignificant in his life. I think it means the opposite. Losing you probably left a big chasm in his life and he's just trying to fill it.
