She's currently only a baby, but thankfully my boss is very understanding about holidays and time off so I have enough time off to last until she becomes a child.

I'm a little worried about hiring a nanny as I've heard some bad reports; one even set the house on fire!

It's not really possible for my husband to stay home with her as he gets no maternity leave and few holidays, and him quitting his job would also hinder us financially.
