Well, perhaps it's just coincidence, but out of about 20 babies the only twins in our hood were born after the mother ate many cookies at that time...it worked for others too.

Nobody has actually proved that twins are decided at conception that I know of, only that they are definitely not decided at birth. If you have proof that they are decided at conception I'd love to know where...this is a topic that interests our hood scientists greatly!
