Jill isn't my real name. I'm just using it so my papa doesn't figure out who's writing this. I think I should be allowed to date too. All my gf's are allowed to and I feel like a dork cuz I can't. I'm a straight A student and will likely be Valedictorian of my class when we graduate. I'm 15 and he said I can't date until I'm 16, but my brothers got to date when one of them was 11 and the other one was 13. It's really not fair. I can't convince Papa otherwise, so I'm thinking about doing it anyway, but I don't like to go behind his back. Plus, there's this guy who really likes me and wants to take me out. We actually did go to lunch and a movie once, so I guess that would count as a date. I feel mature and ready enough, but my Papa is really old fashioned and also thinks that because I'm a girl, I shouldn't date yet. It's totally not fair.

What do you think I should do?
