Hello,

I'm married and we had twins that just turned toddlers. And I'm expecting a 3rd baby soon. I really understand what you mean by being exhausted. I found a very useful tip in Mrs Swims' article, to check my bed. We have not managed to save up a lot of money yet, so the bed was the cheapest you can get. I immediately had it replaced with a better one, and I gain energy a lot faster. It really makes a difference! so check your bed.
