Even though a child cannot be removed by the hood council, they can require a nanny and the purchase or renting of a crib. As the wife of the head of Sedina's hood council, and spokessim, I know for a fact that something along those lines can be arranged. To enforce this, a hood council member can visit the family each day.

I am sure your hood council can do something like this to fix the problem so I strongly urge you to take action and report this problem to your local hood council.
