As parents' representative in Sedina, I recently brought this issue up in our biweekly meetings. What has been agreed upon is that children must say goodbye to their friends until after all homework and other responsibilities are done. Children that have below C- grades are not permitted to see their friends at all until their grades are brought up. You may try and use these rules as house rules or suggest it to your council.
