Well, if you were among the restaurant guests last night, I'm so sorry about the kitchen fire! It was Johanna Grumblin's old stove that caught fire, I think it was time to have it replaced. While cooking the pork I kept putting it in the oven repeatidly, then on top of stove and back into the oven. The food was of course burned but I couldn't help myself. Funny thing was that I didn't even need to open the stove door to get out the food to start over. I've heard about Maids Inc. complaining about espresso cups being hard to clean, I think this was related.

Anyway, I'd also like to apologize for being so tired, but Annalica is my first child, I find it hard to combine looking after a baby and running Johanna's KItchen, but I don't want to close either.

Johanna's Kitchen has got a new and modern stove, we are open daily. Welcome!
