I'm sorry that you've had a bad encounter with aliens, and I am sorry what your sister was put thru. But you must know not all aliens are terrible beings. Where I live we have lots of sims with that beautiful green skin. And there's been not one ounce of trouble.

I am not excusing what happened, yes that woman who kept your sister locked up should be punished. But not punished because she was an alien, but punished for committing a heinous crime against another sim.
