I run the old Johanna's Kitchen here in Simmerville, and out of the 3 Food Expo months, August is my favourite. Not sure if the expo is arranged this way everywhere, but here is is also focus on either Food in the garden (farming), in the kitchen (cooking) or on the table (serving). My mum prefered July with the cooking, but I think a restaurant like Johanna's Kitchen also needs to focus on the great experience it is to serve/eat good food. We have one extra serving per day this month, we also have a few related lectures that guest can listen to while they eat the food that is lectured about. Just think of how many different tastes there are! Or how the visuals might affect your food experience!

Would like to learn abit about your Food Expo. Post links too ie if your local website posted something relevant.
