Square Writers' Circle

We are a small, intimate group of young/old, fledgling/veteran writers offering a weekly writing workshop & critical assessment of each attending writer’s wares. We operate under a “rotating Chair” policy, where poetry & short fiction / novel serialisation are welcome. Guaranteed read-through & workshop response for all in attendance.

We meet every Wednesday, 8pm–11pm [approx.], in unique, comfortable & uninterrupted surroundings — adequate parking available.

The "square writers' circle" is hosted by a highly experienced poetry magazine editor/reading events organiser/published poet & invited member of Academi [Welsh Literature Promotion Agency].

If you want a welcoming & supportive workshop environment & atmosphere — away from the usual noisy & disruptive public house/coffee shop meeting places — please feel free to pop along & participate or simply listen in.

All ages & levels of experience/ability welcome — bring your own refreshments [cheaper than a coffee house any day]!
