Hi, I'm taking a stab in the dark here in the hope that someone can help me. I'm doing some research into my late father's family and I know that my Great Aunt emigrated from Aberdeenshire in Scotland to Canada. Her name was Elizabeth Kemp and she married a Dennis Mawbey. They had 3 children, Doris, Sybil and Arnold. Upon trawling through the Toronto Star online, I sumbled upont this notice:

Doris Auston at Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto on Friday Oct 26th 1979, aged 60 years. Beloved wife of Fred, mother of Doug and Burrell, dear sister of Mrs Sybil Weir and Arnold Mawbey, beloved daughter of Mrs Charlotte Mawbey. Funeral at Coboconk, Ont.

I've searched the 411 for Doug and Burrell and found a Doug Auston with an address in Port Perry. Not sure if it is the same connection but just wondering if anyone know who this is who could possibly ask about his mother and Grandmother. Any help is greatly appreciated! :)
