Hi Margaret - Sorry about that - didn't know the form was down. I have now fixed the problem and tested it. Seems to be working fine now.

Hi Margaret - have emailed you direct but not sure whether the email address you have given is correct (dusty@attcanada.ca). You keep putting a "." in the address (dusty.@attcanada.ca).
