Hi shaddy,

hab einfach Geduld. Was sich in Jahrzehnten aufgebaut hat l�sst sich nicht innerhalb so kurzer Zeit beseitigen. Es dauert alles seine Zeit.
Jeder noch so kleine Schritt in die richtige Richtung ist doch schon ein Erfolg. Den wichtigsten Schritt hast du doch schon gemacht, du hast dir Hilfe gesucht und willst dran arbeiten. Mach weiter und hab Geduld mit dir.
